Tell us what you’d like to achieve, your current hair colour, and any previous colouring, bleaching, or other treatments that may affect the result. Inspiration photos are helpful, too. The more we understand your hair and expectations, the better we can advise you.

Send us an appointment request through the website or contact us on WhatsApp. Tell us which service you’re considering, what you’d like to achieve, and a little about your hair. We’ll review your request and get back to you with the next step.

Please tell us. We don’t take feedback personally, and we don’t expect you to keep quiet about something that doesn’t feel right. We’ll listen, assess what’s needed, and work with you to address it. You shouldn’t have to pay twice for the same service because something needs correcting.
